Tianzhu Bodhi Tree Rosary Bracelet 20cm

This item is entirely handmade by our artisans to fit wrists with a circumference of up to 20 centimetres, with the number of beads adjusted accordingly.
Please note that this requires approximately one week for production.

This unisex bracelet is worn as an amulet to ward off bad luck and make wishes come true.

In Buddhism, it is said that Buddha attained enlightenment (bodhi) under various trees, collectively referred to as bodhi trees.
The more it is worn, the greater its lustre becomes, gradually transforming into an amber hue. Made with 54 beads, half the number found in a traditional 108-bead rosary. It gives a sense of distinction among bracelets.
The elastic band is made of four layers of durable and elastic silicone rubber.
It is a classic item, handmade by a skilled rosary craftsman in Kyoto.

Material characteristics
Ryukyu firefly stone
A type of glass bead once prized by ancient Egyptian and Roman nobility as jewellery, sometimes valued as highly as gold. Today, there is a wide variety available. Ryukyu firefly stone is one of Okinawa's renowned glass crafts. Made using a special technique that combines silver foil and glass, it gets its name from the way the silver foil reflects light and sparkles.
